Service people were great. The work done was fine and competent. But I don���t understand why you call it a ���courteousy car wash��� when it���s more like a spray down. I get it, it���s free. But there was still dirt and stuff in my back window. Just call it what it is. Say you���re rinsing the car not washing it. Based on this, I would never pay the extra money to have to ���wash���y car or truck.

Great service and great staff, as usual, however a glich with a new printer got my service order lost and I had an oil change turn into a four hour stay. As a long time loyal Faulkner customer, maybe some sort of comp would have been "nice".
