THE SERVICE LEVEL AT FAULKNER SERVICE CENTER CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE IN MY BOOK. THE SERVICE WRITE (NICHOLAS) TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS AND CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY. THE TECH DID GREAT WORK ON MY VEHICLE. AS I SAID BEFORE I SERVICED A PREVIOUS VEHICLE WITH FAULKNER AND CURRENT SERVICE MINE AND MY WIFE'S VEHICLE AT FAULKNER. I RECOMMEND FAULKNER TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A CAR AND SERVICING A CAR.

Took nearly 3 hours to do a simple oil change. No option for a loaner vehicle which Thompson provides to my wife for her car. Also tires needed to be rotated in 1,000 miles and they didn’t complete that service.
