My service consultant Dave, as always, was professional, courteous and attentive to my concerns about my having to replace my water pump on my Buick Regal. He made sure that I understood everything and didn't try to force me to have it done. He let me know about the time it might take and checked back every so often to see if I was okay. He let me know that the technician was working through his lunch hour to get this work done. He also soften the blow of the cost by giving me my senior discount. We as seniors are on a fixed income, so any discount we can get is truly appreciated. When I left from my appointment at Faulkner, my car was running and sounding good. Thank you Faulkner, Dave, the technician, Mr. Fields and Mr. Duffy.

Everyone on the staff was friendly but I want to especially mention Rick. From start to finish Rick was a gentlemen and answered most of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. He had an excellent knowledge of the car and he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Jeff in the accounting department was really helpful with breaking down the numbers and warranties for me.

Dealership was very helpful in scheduling and performing the service on my truck. The service advisor let me know that there would be a small wait as the shop was full when I arrived, but they performed the service well and sent me on my way
