God awful. Brand new truck 91k and it had some factory paint issues .. they tried to use a touch up pen and it made it much worse

Everyone at Faulkner is so nice and helpful. I will say, the only problem I had was trying to get a hold of the service department. I was calling multiple times with it constantly just ringing and ringing. I had to hang up numerous times and call back before getting a hold of someone.
