My experience was fine. The only problem I have is that whoever drove my SUV when they were programming my spare key took the paint off the front passenger side. It is very noticeable. I'm not sure how it happened but I do know it wasn't there when I took the car up there. I have been very very careful when driving and parking my SUV. I haven't been anywhere but the car dealer because I have been sick. They put more miles on my car then I did.
