I identified the problem to service advisor, he recorded and had technician troubleshoot the AC system. The problem was identified in a timely manner. A new AC Condenser was located in your parts inventory. I received a professional notification from Mr. John Weiser and gave my authorization to start work. All work was competed over and above expectation.
