My service consultant Dave, as always, was professional, courteous and attentive to my concerns about my having to replace my water pump on my Buick Regal. He made sure that I understood everything and didn't try to force me to have it done. He let me know about the time it might take and checked back every so often to see if I was okay. He let me know that the technician was working through his lunch hour to get this work done. He also soften the blow of the cost by giving me my senior discount. We as seniors are on a fixed income, so any discount we can get is truly appreciated. When I left from my appointment at Faulkner, my car was running and sounding good. Thank you Faulkner, Dave, the technician, Mr. Fields and Mr. Duffy.
