The mechanic that worked on my truck that day did not tighten the filter tight enough, causing the oil to run out onto the ground. I had to take it to my own mechanic and have him look at it. He said that whoever did my oil change, didn���t tighten the filter tight enough causing it to run out to the ground. And now I have oil all over the bottom of my truck I had to purchase a quart of oil to replace the oil that fell out of my trunk because of their negligence. This is unacceptable.
