The mechanic that worked on my truck that day did not tighten the filter tight enough, causing the oil to run out onto the ground. I had to take it to my own mechanic and have him look at it. He said that whoever did my oil change, didn’t tighten the filter tight enough causing it to run out to the ground. And now I have oil all over the bottom of my truck I had to purchase a quart of oil to replace the oil that fell out of my trunk because of their negligence. This is unacceptable.
