Confirmed Service Customer
I have always been more than pleased with the servicing and personal I have dealt with for the last six years. However, this time when my husband and I were waiting for my truck a young man(about 20 yr. old) at the counter, who I believe was the cashier was using profound language(F word out loud) and was visibility very angry. So angry that he crumbled up paperwork that was in his copy machine sent there by an employee. This employee came over to get what he printed and the kid said nothing printed out. Employee left then came back and questioned the kid again, he then said, oh there is something in the garbage and pulled out the crumbled paperwork that the employee was looking for. Witnessing this was totally shocking and very unprofessional. This young man if anything needs anger management, taught respect and most importantly for your business how to be a team player. I refused to have him wait on me. With this being said, why would I feel comfortable about returning to this dealership again.
