The online appointment set up was quick and easy, they opened on time (I had a 7:30am appointment), the attendant was informative and pleasant and the shuttle service was perfect. Even before I was offered the shuttle service, another attendant noticed that I had pulled out my laptop to start working and offered to escort me to the conference room to work, I thought that was a class act. Overall, everything was great.
