The needed repairs/updates took a little longer due to the GM Tech Line going down, so I can't blame Faulkner for that. The issue with my passenger side power mirror not deploying upon start up still exists as they are unable to replicate a random problem, and unfortunately, I just can't simply drive it tot he dealership when it occurs because I'm usually on my way to work when this happens. Therefore, I hoping that since it's been documented twice now, that if the issue occurs after my warranty runs out, I'll still be able to have it fixed at no cost should it occur when I'm able to redirect myself directly to the dealership for repair.
