Confirmed Service Customer
For some reason, at check-in, the representative could not find the three-year service package I’d just purchased weeks before. It did not come up on my record in Faulkner’s computer files. Although I had documentation in my vehicle, it was suggested I would have to pay for the service. Some hours later, I was called and informed that indeed I had a service plan and that I would not be charged. I suggest that the the same ease with which you accepted my $700+ dollars, be used to update my computer profile.
