They almost did not have a loaner car for me. They said I was lucky one came in right before I arrived. I advised them I was told by sales, and also by service when I scheduled, that I would receive a loaner vehicle. They told me that that���s not always the case cause they never know what cars would be available. That we should always call ahead to reserve it. Well, as a customer, I would have assumed that would���ve been taken care of when I made the appointment and they told me that I could have a loaner vehicle. They also did not advise me of what to do for the care of my car after the service. I had to call back to ask what I should or should not use on my vehicle so I did not ruin the work that was done.
